Eastern Academy - is not a school but a training ground for life.

Present academic scenario unveils a clear picture of rat-racing where a number of parents are passing their every moments under tremendous pressure and tension. In spite of sincere efforts it sometime remains unachievable to acquire the most converted result in life. Most of the parents have an illusion that only by getting their children admitted into renowned school, may help them to build an outstanding and bright career. In fact this is not true. There lies so called unbridgeable gap between the present scenario and actual reality between failure and success.

All children are born with a good and innocent mind. It is the duty of parents and school to develop the huge hidden potential of a child. It has to be handled carefully. After gaining a lot of experience and preparation "EASTERN ACADEMY" School is now being started.

It has a multifarious involvement programmed for the kids from PLAY onward. It will carefully handle the development schemes of both mental and physical nourishment of the children. A total development of the child within the premises is the sole single aim of the school.

• Will prepare socially efficient individuals. will be flexible and changeable for the effective realization of socially determined objectives.

Our method of teaching is through group relationship that are individual becomes aware of what it means to work with a purpose-purpose lies within the individual, but its the source the stimulation for its growth and nourishment, comes largely from without and for those sources to be meaningful the individual must be identified with the group-be must belong. The effectiveness of leaving for social competency depends on the suitability of motives and procedures.

We believe that the destiny of a nation is shaped in its classroom and it is the school and its

teachers are very important instruments in molding that destiny. To be able to discharge such a big responsibility it is very necessary that the school must become conscious of its role towards society.
